Small-to-Mid Tonnage
Precision Injection Moulding, 50T–450T
We don't chase automotive-scale tooling or micro-parts. Our 28-machine fleet is built and tuned for the tonnage range where consumer electronics, telecom, and appliance components live — with the tight tolerances that range demands.
Why We Specialize in This Range
Large-tonnage automotive moulders (600T+) are built around big parts and long production runs. Micro-moulders are built around tiny, high-precision electronic components measured in grams. Neither is optimized for the range in between — small-to-mid tonnage parts that need precision, consistent cosmetic finish, and moderate-to-high mix production flexibility.
That's the range we've built around: 28 machines from 50T to 450T, tuned for exactly the parts consumer electronics, telecom, and appliance OEMs actually need moulded.
- 28 horizontal injection moulding machines, 50T–450T
- Tolerances to ±0.05mm on critical dimensions
- Single-cavity to multi-cavity and family tooling
- PS, ABS, PC, PP, and engineering resin capability
- DFM review and First Article Inspection before steel commitment
What Fits This Range
If your part fits a 50T–450T press, you're in our specialization, not a general-purpose fit. Typical parts in this range include:
- Consumer electronics housings and bezels
- Telecommunication equipment enclosures
- Home appliance panels and structural components
- Connector housings and terminal blocks
- Industrial enclosures and control panel housings
- Cable management brackets, clips, and mounting hardware
Know Before You Reach Out
We'd rather you find the right supplier the first time than wait through a quote cycle that isn't a fit.
Good Fit For Us
- Parts requiring 50T–450T clamping force
- Consumer electronics, telecom, or appliance components
- Cosmetic parts needing in-house paint, print, or hot stamp
- Multi-cavity or family tooling for efficient mid-volume runs
- Projects needing ISO 9001:2015-documented quality control
Better Served Elsewhere
- Large automotive structural parts (600T+ tonnage)
- Ultra-high-volume commodity parts at rock-bottom unit cost
- Sub-gram micro-precision electronic components
- Metals, die-casting, or non-plastic processes
