DFM Analysis
Before any steel is cut, we issue a full Design for Manufacturability (DFM) report addressing parting lines, wall thickness, and other factors — helping you avoid costly redesigns after tooling has started.
Tooling & IP Protection
All molds remain the client's property after tooling payment. We provide routine maintenance and secure storage. Tooling is never used for third-party production. NDAs available before any drawings are submitted.
Secondary Processing
In-house auto/semi auto spray (rotary), tempo printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping (vertical), ultrasonic welding, and laser engraving (coming soon) — no outsourcing required. See Secondary Processes or how it all comes together as one-stop moulding & finishing.
