Electronic and telecommunication plastic components demand tight dimensional tolerances, consistent material properties, and rigorous quality documentation. Industri Nikkoplas has supplied plastic housings and engineering-grade structural components to electronics and telecom OEMs for over two decades from our Johor Bahru facility.
Our 28 injection moulding machines (50T–450T) handle the range from small connector and clip-fit components to medium-sized equipment enclosures, all running under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Hot Stamping (Vertical) & Silk Screen Printing
Decorative vertical-press hot stamping and silk screen printing for branded trim elements, function labels, and logo details.
Sub-Assembly
Multi-part plastic assemblies using ultrasonic welding and snap-fit integration — delivered as ready-to-install modules.
DFM & Tooling Support
Design for Manufacturability review, tool qualification, PPAP-style first article inspection, and ongoing SPC monitoring.
