What Is Hot Stamping?
Hot stamping (also called foil blocking or hot foil printing) presses a heated die against a metallic or pigmented foil and onto the plastic surface, transferring a precise image in one clean step. No inks, no solvents — the foil bonds permanently to the substrate under heat and pressure, producing a durable, premium finish that elevates product appearance.
No Ink or Solvents
The foil transfer process is dry — no wet ink, no cure time, no VOC emissions. Faster cycle and cleaner production floor compared to paint-based processes.
