Auto Spray (Rotary)
for Plastic Components
Fully automated rotary spray painting on injection moulded plastic parts — gloss, matte, texture, and soft-touch finishes with consistent, repeatable coverage at volume.
Automated Rotary Spray Painting
Auto Spray (Rotary) mounts parts on a motorised rotary fixture that carries them through a fixed automated spray pattern — removing operator-to-operator variation and holding film thickness and coverage consistent across every part in the run.
Industri Nikkoplas runs this rotary line directly after moulding in our Johor Bahru facility. Every painted batch is inspected under standardised lighting for colour consistency, surface defects, and adhesion.
- Gloss, semi-gloss, satin, matte, and texture finishes
- Soft-touch rubber coating for tactile premium feel
- Metallic and chrome-effect coatings
- 2-component (2K) paint for superior durability
- Compatible with ABS, PC/ABS, PS, and PP substrates
- Colour matching to Pantone, RAL, or customer colour chip
Where Auto Spray Fits
The automated rotary line is our default for consumer electronics, home appliances, telecommunication equipment, and engineering-grade housings running at medium-to-high volume, where consistent film build matters as much as finish quality:
- Consumer electronics enclosures and bezels
- Home appliance fascias and control panels
- Telecommunication equipment housings
- Power tool housings
- Medical device outer casings
- Display stands and retail fixtures
Need a lower-volume or more flexible run? See Semi Auto Spray (Rotary). Panasonic-approved colour and gloss standards are available for consumer electronics clients on both lines.
Available Surface Finishes
High Gloss
Mirror-like surface reflectivity, applied with even film thickness across the whole part. Ideal for premium consumer electronics exteriors.
Matte / Satin
Low-sheen finish that hides fingerprints and minor surface imperfections. Popular for industrial and professional equipment.
Soft-Touch Rubber
Rubberised coating that delivers a premium tactile feel. Resistant to oil, sweat, and mild solvents.
Texture Coat
Sand or pebble texture patterns that mask sink marks, improve grip, and give a rugged engineered look.
