Semi-Automated Rotary Spray Painting
Semi Auto Spray (Rotary) mounts parts on the same motorised rotary fixture used on our automated line, but spraying is operator-guided rather than a fixed program. That lets us handle smaller batches, mixed-finish runs, prototype and pilot lots, and parts that benefit from a manual touch-up pass — without the set-up time a fully automated program requires.
Industri Nikkoplas runs this rotary line directly after moulding in our Johor Bahru facility. Every painted batch is inspected under standardised lighting for colour consistency, surface defects, and adhesion.
